After achieving tenure, I became absolutely convinced that ambitious scholars must learn to create significance on their own terms to avoid burnout. This is the foundation of my philosophy as a mentor and coach for women in the academy. Through private and organizational coaching, I holistically support women in their pre-tenure and post-tenure careers.
My clients and I co-create impactful results so that they operate with the level of presence, energy and creativity necessary to do their best work. I believe women supporting women in academia will positively shift a culture that thrives on competition, normalizes depletion, and creates discord between integrity and identity.
